How We Work

THE
PROCESS

Five stages. Every project runs them in order. No skipping discovery to save time, no launching without the technical checks done. The reason most digital projects go sideways is that shortcuts taken early become problems that cost twice as much to fix later.

FIVE
STAGES

  1. 01

    DISCOVERY

A single 60-minute call covers your business, your goals and your current situation. We come prepared with research on your market, your competitors and the search terms your customers use. You leave with a clear brief and a scope of work.

  2. 02

    DESIGN

Design in our workflow is not a separate phase that hands off to development. We design and build in the same sprint so you see real pages, not static mockups that bear no resemblance to what ships. The art direction is built around your brand, consistent across every surface.

  3. 03

    BUILD

Every site is built in Next.js and deployed on Vercel. Pages that would take a WordPress developer two weeks to implement take us two days. There are no plugins to configure, no theme conflicts to resolve and no performance audit needed six months after launch because Core Web Vitals are built into the architecture from the start.

  4. 04

    LAUNCH

Before anything goes live: Core Web Vitals pass, schema is in place, the sitemap is submitted to Google Search Console, canonical tags are correct and the robots file is set up correctly. We do not hand over a site and tell you to sort out the SEO later. It is part of the launch checklist.

  5. 05

    GROWTH

After launch, the work shifts to SEO, content and ongoing asset production. We track rankings in Google Search Console, not in a dashboard we built ourselves. When a page moves, you see it in the same place Google does. When a page is not moving, we tell you why and what it takes to fix it.
