LUMIRA

WHY WE
EXIST

THE PROBLEM
WE LIVED

Before Lumira existed, the team behind it sat at the SEO stage of the chain. Every brief arrived pre-delayed. A client needed a campaign page, and by the time the request landed on the SEO desk, it had already crossed a marketing manager, a copywriter and an account director. The team added keyword structure, meta requirements and content hierarchy, then handed it to the developer. Two days to review. Two weeks in the sprint queue. The campaign launched after the window had closed.

The timeline was not the worst part. Business owners think about their websites constantly. They notice a trend, or a competitor moving, or a gap in what they offer, and they want to act on it. Most of those ideas never get built, not because they were wrong but because testing one required four separate parties to align on it first. The cost of trying was simply too high.

Every party in that chain was doing legitimate work. That is what made it so difficult to fix. The architecture was the problem: four separate businesses, four separate invoices, all touching the same website, none of them owning the result.

And every party in that chain answered to one final constraint: whatever the platform could handle. After weeks of sign-offs, the developer could still come back and say the Shopify theme cannot support the idea, or that WordPress requires a custom plugin that was never in scope. An idea that survived four rounds of approval could still die at the last desk because the CMS said no.

WHAT WE
BUILT INSTEAD

Lumira was built on one premise: bring every capability into one team and remove the gaps between them. Strategy, design, development, SEO and creative production all run in one workflow. When an idea needs testing, it gets built. When the strategy shifts, the implementation shifts in the same conversation. A campaign page does not wait for a sprint.

The technology behind this is a combination of Next.js infrastructure and a proprietary AI-powered system we built for creative output. Together they let a small team move at a pace that would have required a studio, a development house and two separate agencies to match. The ideas that used to sit in a queue now ship in days.

WHAT WE
ARE FOR

We work with businesses that have a real deadline: the dentist opening a second location in six weeks, the marketing manager whose incumbent agency just missed its fourth delivery date, the founder who needs to launch before the window closes.

Speed is built into how we work. It is not something we optimised for later.
